Sunday, April 7, 2013 - Decanted for about 1.5 hours. Still some tannins that need to resolve themselves, but with two hours of air, this is an amazing wine. No detailed notes as this was consumed a few nights ago. Will hold my last bottle for several more years to see where this goes.
