Wednesday, March 3, 2010 - An OK offering. A reasonable balance of fruit and spice on the nose. A bit of heat as well. There is an odor that I could not clearly identify - overripe fruit? Nothing outstanding, but certainly not a fruit bomb. A touch of blue cheese when the wine hits my tongue followed by flat fruit then spice. Not a great deal of complexity. Overall, a decent daily drinker especially for under $10.
