Saturday, June 5, 2021 - (Blind tasting)
Medium-fullish nose. Very mature. Slightly oxidized. Dried cherry, walnuts and Oloroso-like burnt sugar notes.
Fullish, still tannic. But very mature aromas. Leather, nuts, dark chocolate. Almost over the hill. Makes an old-school impression. But that could be due to the cellaring, which this particular bottle had not lived through. Other bottles could be better.
