Monday, February 12, 2024 - First time i tried this producer (sadly enough) and immediately fell in love with it after the first sip. Classic lemon and limestone/ oystershell flavors accompanied by a fantastic, pushing minerality. No oak used (god blessed) because you simply dont need it with this kind of soils and grapes. By far an overachiver villages. Drink now or the next 2-3 years.
