First time i tried this producer (sadly enough) and immediately fell in love with it after the first sip. Classic lemon and limestone/ oystershell flavors accompanied by a fantastic, pushing minerality. No oak used (god blessed) because you simply dont need it with this kind of soils and grapes. By far an overachiver villages. Drink now or the next 2-3 years.

Pale gold, maybe just the slightest green tinge. Smelled lemon-lime, wet limestone, faint honey; the taste starts citrus but adds a saline quality, with a nice bite and medium-light body, before going on to a medium fruit finish.

A Few 2021 Louis Michel Chablis (Dig Wines, San Francisco): Pale greenish tinge. Some reduction. Lean with green apple. Nothing really set this apart from standard issue village wine.
