Monday, January 22, 2007 - Aromas of blueberry syrup and a hint of iodine. Medium body, nice acidity and intense flavors including licorice, ripe dark berries and spice. Second night, more mocha and a longer citrus and spice finish. I wish I had another to find out whether this wonderful montage comes together even more with some time. A.
