On the palate this is not currently showing the class of complexity I'd expect. It has lost its youthful fruit and not yet reached a point where it is showing the complex notes of aged tempranillo.
The alcohol is a touch prominent. A little disappointing to be honest, I had expected more from this. A 2005 tasted two years ago was far more satisfying.
