Community Tasting Note

Srabkin90 Does not like this wine:

Monday, December 26, 2022 - Pop and pour over the holidays. I have not tried many Chilean Cab Sauv's, so this was a gamble.

I do not recall all the details as this was opened a bit later in the evening, but I was not overly impressed. I found this a little over-oaked and hard to get past that. There were some flavors of dark fruit, leather, and smoke as well, but my palate was overwhelmed by the oak.

Med bodied, fairly dry and relatively smooth. This is certainly not a bad wine, just not quite to my tastes.
