Thursday, November 3, 2022 - 2022 Excellent Burgundy Adventure; 10/31/2022-11/6/2022 (Burgundy): Barrel Tasting - Incredible pure yet intense nose displaying perfectly ripe black fruit with a hint of red, blackberry, blackberry concentrated, a hint of licorice, lavender, spicy spices and crushed rocks. Exceptional concentration, beautifully layered pure black fruit, rich yet refined and weightless, perfect amount of acidity and mineral, and a seamless long silky black fruit floral finish. Excellent showing.

1/5/2023 5:03:00 AM - Thanks for the note. Curious if you tried the ‘20 or if not would you have a general preference for the ‘20 or ‘21 based on vintage quality?

1/5/2023 7:21:00 AM - Thank you. I’m only looking to buy their CSJ as a little more “budget friendly” (haha). Unfortunately I don’t believe they will offer the ‘21 until next year as at the moment only able to the ‘20 in en primeur. Happy Drinking!
