Monday, January 15, 2024 - On day 1 the palate was more grapefruit or generic citrus, slight tart green apple, high acid and long finish. Day 2 it mellowed some with more of a lime profile and “minerals” to my taste. There is a hint of sweetness as well. Much better in my opinion and really preferred this with food. Solid, inoffensive Riesling.
