Tuesday, January 17, 2012 - PnP'd 5 days ago w/375ml into half bottle. Initially thought it past its prime first day, tasting a little stewed. The half bottle yesterday it showed that it was still shining but had segued into a darker fruit component that integrated well with the oak. Fairly long finish.
