Monday, April 21, 2008 - I was a little apprehensive trying this bottle since it seemed 'a little old' for a Pinot Gris, but it was very good prior to the meal and during. We had it with a turkey scaloppini and it held up beautifully. I got some honeydew melon and peach both on the nose and on the palate. It provided a wonderful dining experience
