Saturday, April 20, 2024 - Enjoyable wine from Bierzo in the northwest of León, not far from Galicia. 95% Mencia. We decanted it for an hour and paired it with burritos and it paired well. Not particularly complex, but delicious with dark cherries, and some black pepper on the palate, along with smooth tannins.
