Wednesday, April 10, 2024 - This has a lot of potential to get better. I think it’s starting to shut down a little. A fresh, bright and pretty example of Nebbiolo. Floral, has some spice and high acid. Tannins are fine and grippy, but brush off quick. Give it some air if you do open one.
