Thursday, March 9, 2023 - German Riesling (Five Way Cellars, Paddington): Lime, lemon, slight peach and a little candy floss, but this is mostly citrus driven on the nose. Medium plus intensity acidity, dry but with, perhaps, a little residual sugar, citrus notes; orange joins the lime and lemon, simple, clean.
