Sunday, April 14, 2024 - Much better than the first bottle. Shy sweet yellow fruit, remnant of apricot preserve, dry peach, oyster shell, burnt sugar, honey and limestone. Medium concentration, shy yellow fruit, good precision, bright acidity, fine limestone mineral, and a medium long shy yellow fruit driven mineral finish.
