Tuesday, January 9, 2024 - Tight, crystalline, with masses of concentrated energy and potential right now. This is seriously good stuff. Compact and expressive nose of lime, mandarin, celery, butter and toast. Opens with appealing reductive note and more delicate floral tones emerge with air. A sense of extraction on the palate, coiled pear and lemon, chalky and almost grippy, thrillingly sharp acidity. Given the opportunity to relax, soften and broaden this should be really really interesting in 5 years
