Wednesday, February 14, 2024 - This is unbelievable California chardonnay. If anything it's a little young. Decanted an hour before, was still rocking at hour 5. Phenomenal nose, so much going on, think top end Montrachet. White stone fruit, minerality, oak, underlaid by honeysuckle. Rich rich rich.
