Wednesday, March 27, 2024 - Color is dark red. Nose is wonderful, vanilla chocolate candy dark fruit blackberry. Palate is very very smooth so hard to judge what’s in there but I can say lots of black fruit, berries, blue fruit, sweet new Leather, Black Forest cake, spices, chocolate and evolving. Finish is sweet tannins with cotton candy taste and feel. If you give some air then - like (couple of hours) then this will come back to you better.
