  • Curious and decided to pop one. Purple fruit - currants, blackberry, and some blueberry. Really smooth mid-palate with a beautiful purity and solid depth/concentration. Nice vibrant flavors of cassis, some spice/licorice, and a mineral/graphite component. Fairly long finish. Decanted for around twenty four hours. Really impressive - no surprise of the 97 rating from WA. According to WA, anticipated maturity 2025 to 2040 which makes sense, however, this bottle was really good after a long decant. 97 for me even at this really youthful stage. 100% cab.

  • Color is dark red. Nose is wonderful, vanilla chocolate candy dark fruit blackberry. Palate is very very smooth so hard to judge what’s in there but I can say lots of black fruit, berries, blue fruit, sweet new Leather, Black Forest cake, spices, chocolate and evolving. Finish is sweet tannins with cotton candy taste and feel. If you give some air then - like (couple of hours) then this will come back to you better.

  • Fantastic wine, dark color, with a nice nose. This is a big full bodied beauty Cab with plenty of energy, substance and dark berry fruits. on the palate, dark ripened blackberries, blueberries, black cherry, cream de cassis some plum and tobacco notes. 96+/ 97 points with upside potential (it's so young). The entire 2021 lineup of Quivets are pretty impressive.
