Tuesday, January 30, 2024 - Yellow/silver. Very bubbly. Aroma of lemon, violets, dust. Lovely flavours of lemon, yeast, apple, cardamom, orange water. Tang of grapefruit in there somewhere too. It’s rich and a little off-dry which really works. Touch of bitterness at the end, which is balancing. Very fine. More evolved than the 2012. I would drink this first.
