Thursday, February 8, 2024 - Interesting and complex nose of toast, lemon and green apples. The palate is acidity, bone dry and quite linear. Tasted over two days to see if it opened up with more air but remained very tight and laser like focus. Didn't engage me as much as the 2012 which I found to offer a lot more interest on the palate, but suspect this will benefit from further five years aging in the bottle.
