Friday, February 3, 2006 - Bistro Verdu: Lite shrooms; earthy; dry t’s, med. bod; supple integrated t’s. Seemed French to me, if not for lingering effects of sweet oak not fully integrated; however, those notes seemed to have disappated after a while. Not bad after that.
