Bistro Verdu: Lite shrooms; earthy; dry t’s, med. bod; supple integrated t’s. Seemed French to me, if not for lingering effects of sweet oak not fully integrated; however, those notes seemed to have disappated after a while. Not bad after that.

Wine House: Dark ruby red; huge cassis, licorice nose after Zin; actually lighter, slightly higher notes than CS; choc., juicy fruit at same time; nice med. body, lots of t’s.
