Saturday, February 25, 2017 - Dinner at Mandu w/ the old crew: Crystalline and vibrant, this wine is awesome, per usual. Salty, chalky, dried honey, wax candles, lemon curd, some peach nectar. Lingering minerals and sea salt. Plenty of life ahead of this wine, but this bottle was in a great state.
