Thursday, March 28, 2024 - No formal notes. Loads of energy and tension- clean, precise fruits, strawberry, raspberry, plum, black tea, baking spices- rocky minerality, med tannins, high acid. Approachable now, but would reward further cellaring. Really well made, tasted blind on my spouse who lit up like a christmas tree after having a sip.
