Wednesday, May 13, 2015 - Red center, pale red rim with some signs of age.
Pleasant nose of raspberries and bing cherries with a backing of wet slate.
Dry up front, lean tart cherries, touch of burnt sugar, slightly toasted, good acid and tannin still (too much for the fruit), drops of fast on the finish.
Disappointing compared to the previous bottle. Maybe left too long, doesn't seem to have the fruit to stand up to the acid at this point.
