Sunday, August 29, 2021 - Medium ruby. Subdued palate. The bright sour cherry acidity palate profile takes over the balance somewhat, and the overall sense is that this is awkwardly austere, lacking freshness and body. Tannins still in evidence but are very fine and add some interesting complexity - mineral skein backdrop and a moderately long final.

Got the feeling this was too tight and perhaps too early but for some reason only had a single bottle of this.
