Wednesday, August 30, 2023 - Paso Robles Winery Visits; 8/30/2023-9/1/2023: Light ruby core. Funky nose. Light to medium bodied. More savory than fruit with typical tree bark, lots of earth, excellent acidity, and dry tannic finish. Probably better blended to ameliorate the structure.
