Wednesday, June 10, 2015 - Very primary - juicy stuff; black, dense, sweet, very concentrated. It is a bit roasted with notes of cocoa, chocolate & coffee, new world style, but cool, nevertheless, and extremely well made. Bravo. #homealone#ribeye#onthegrill
