Tuesday, April 4, 2023 - Three hour decant. Very deep dark electric ruby magenta color. Strawberry preserves, blackberry, violet, Belgian waffle, orange rind, anise, and chocolate shavings. Dry, crushed velvety palate, with slightly cottony acidity. Firm, full tannins on the long finish.

This is super youthful. It kept improving over an hour of drinking. I hope to wait another year for the next bottle. This is not yet fully integrated. The palate is somewhat coarse. All the raw materials are there for 96+ points.
