Monday, October 23, 2023 - I'll revisit the rating in a year or so. While a very nice - refined - wine, it did not excite us. I'm still new at working with Leonetti wines, but I'm fairly certain it just isn't ready to drink yet. I opened it the day before we drank it, flipped the cork over and put it back, then left it outside at about 50 degrees F for 24 hours. I think that's just not enough to let it open up. We had it with beef short ribs... it was a good pairing for that.
