Tuesday, September 21, 2021 - Deep lemon in colour. Theres no effervescence left. The nose smells to be oxidised however on the palate, its still drinking fine. Mineral, nutty, caramel. Medium+ acidity and long finish. The given low score was contributed by the slightly faulty nose.
