Monday, December 25, 2023 - Pale yellow and with a brisk small bead, Schramsberg's 2020 Blanc de Blancs offers bright aromas and flavors of lemon zest, Mandarin oranges, green apples, jasmine, cardamom and bread dough. Light-to-medium-bodied, energetic and with a creamy mousse, it stays dense on the mid-palate and concludes with a lengthy, mineral-laden finish. This deftly crafted sparkling Chardonnay would be well-matched with caviar! Drink now-2028.
