Wednesday, February 7, 2024 - Didn't catch the base as this was served from a cart in a restaurant... but it tasted good regardless! Classic BdB, although on the relatively full-bodied side, with some citrus fruit seasoned by light toast and, with air, a clearer Marmitey note. Pleasing sense of energy, and a zesty mouthfeel, whilst avoiding going too far towards being 'bracing' - an excellent aperitif, then.
