Sunday, March 22, 2009 - big and dark purple color. nose is very big and loaded with dark fruits, tannins and scorched earth. palate explodes with those fruits - blueberries and blackberries - with the tannins coming through. this is a mouthful. finish is big and somewhat hot going down. this will improve with time.
