Tuesday, March 26, 2024 - First time trying a Bedrock wine, so expectations were high. Fortunately, they were easily met.

Basically no nose. The mouthfeel is sharp and almost crystalline, with light strawberries, melon, grapefruit, acidity, and a bit of salt on the palate. Lots of flavor as well, with the midpalate exceeding the initial taste in intensity. Very easy to drink as well.
