  Always pays to put a bottle or three of these away for a bit. Tropical fruits, white pepper, mineral. Softer fruits, but still good acidity. Absolutely delicious. Drinks better than the release year.

  First time trying a Bedrock wine, so expectations were high. Fortunately, they were easily met.
  
  Basically no nose. The mouthfeel is sharp and almost crystalline, with light strawberries, melon, grapefruit, acidity, and a bit of salt on the palate. Lots of flavor as well, with the midpalate exceeding the initial taste in intensity. Very easy to drink as well.

  Great crowd pleaser of a rose. Beautiful nose of lush fruits, with surprising weight and body.
