Aromas of wild blueberry, cherry, dried orange peel, angostura bitters, dried flowers, grilled herbs, a little sea muck and struck match... On the palate it is juicy for a second, then very herbal and mineral, light tannic grip and refreshing acids make for an elegant profile, the fruit bounces back on the finish, nice crunchy berry tones linger. Give this a LOT of air to get the best out of it. Not sure about aging it... the reduction is a bit troublesome, but who knows, as it has great innate balance.
