Wednesday, October 18, 2023 - gorgeous Pinot, absolutely fabulous winemaking, like the 2020 this one of the best sulfur free wines I've ever tasted
aromas of dried red fruits, cranberry, cherry, redcurrant, some dark fruit too, pine forest, a little citrus and beets, a little beef jerky and roasted mushrooms... light and open-knit, fresh acidity, but rather soft overall, the tannins are super fine, the fruit rebounds beautifully on the finish, this has bounce and verve, it is lovely
feels a little fragile but in a cool and stable cellar you should be able to follow it for many years, bravissimo
