Monday, July 10, 2023 - Big boy wine, black in color, aromas and flavors of black fruits, earth, cassis, some floral/lilac, green herbs. Mouth if full body + tannin, + acid, tannins are grippy and out front along with the acid, wine seems very young and primary, perhaps a long decant, or pop the bottle in the AM prior to, or wait a few years. Great with grilled red meats.
