Saturday, April 23, 2016 - Excellent. The best Shiraz I have tasted. Sadly, this is my last bottle. Drink up now. I do not think it will get any better. I decanted this wine for 7 hours and we drank it over a 2 hour period of time.
The wine looks purple colored. The legs are slow. There is moderate sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry, blueberry and raspberry. It tastes like prune, fig and raisin. The body is full. The wine has leathery texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has low acidity.
