Thursday, March 16, 2023 - PNP. Pale yellow color. Citrus (mostly lemon), florals, and sage. Smooth, dry, medium bodied, slightly viscous palate. Nice lingering acidity, imparts great structure.
Interesting blend of 75% Chardonnay and 25% Riesling. Lacks some focus, but it’s very bright and easy drinking.
