Sunday, July 27, 2008 - Rich, but at the same time, somewhat elegant. Straw colored with a muted burgundian nose of peach/pineapple and honeysuckle. Not especially complex, and slightly heavy on the oak. The wine is still fairly intense with vibrant acidity. Fruit flavors have faded somewhat, but still enough left to be enjoyable.
