Friday, January 4, 2008 - Baking spices, cherry and cranberry on the nose. The mouth feel was smooth chocolate covered berries with lavender & mocha-spice. This offered ample complexity. After an hour the wine opened up to show prominent fruit & cassis, vegetal notes with a lengthy smooth finsh.
