Saturday, June 19, 2010 - Impossible to hide the heat on this one, so serve this chilled (15° Celsius advised on the bottle). Nevertheless this is a nice bottle of shouthern style syrah. Reasonably complex, but very rich and creamy with good white pepper. The sugar sensation remains. 89 pts
