Tuesday, March 19, 2024 - 2 hour decant. Any earlier and you’ll be premature- I tasted every 30 minutes.

This is a really beautiful Chianti.

Has that mild, balsamic-mint nose that quality Sangiovese acquires. Earthy, not floral.

Medium bodied with moderate tannins offset by some syrupy balsamic glazey flavor.

Wish I bought more than 2 bottles. Will drink my final bottle on a special occasion.
