Wednesday, October 25, 2017 - Aged very well. Great color transitions from rose color to a strawberry hue to violent. Cheddar cheese and heavy mushroom on the nose. Lots more mushroom mixed with some hay and red fruit on the palate. Tannins still there. Wish I had this with a meal.
