Thursday, July 26, 2012 - Popped 1 hour before first pour, consumed over 3 hours. Nose: Medium plus expressiveness, grape Jolly Rancher, black berry, earth, brush, black olive, and spice. Palate: Medium full bodied showing big power up front with sweet dark fruit joined by a lively black pepper and a spice kick through the mid-palate with hints of dark chocolate in the back-end. Finish: Medium plus length dominated by spicy dark fruit and black pepper.
