Friday, April 28, 2023 - En Primeur campaign for the 2022 vintage Day Seven (Bordeaux): Red and blackberry and currant, a little alcohol prickle, liquorice, sweet spice, slightly herbaceous notes, polished oak in support. Juicy tends to medium plus intensity acidity, it's quite 'tough' on the palate, muted black fruits, plenty of oaky tannins touch of meat stock on the finish with a little cream, slightly out of whack and, for me, overdone. Meh
